(BAS) was formed in December 2004 to help small businesses grow, by providing high-quality general management solutions, ranging from customized planning to the implementation of flexible administrative services, at very reasonable costs to the clients. The Company’s leadership team has over 75 years of corporate experience, led by Zeno D. Edwards who is the founder and General Manager of Business Administrative Solutions, Inc. It was the great experience that Zeno received from Xerox Corporation, where he worked for 19 years, that inspired his vision to form Business Administrative Solutions, a company capable of helping small and medium sized businesses flourish in a global economy.
